I am a highly organized professional, with three years experience in online community management and moderation. My background prior to this is primarily in retail where I excelled in sales and customer service.

As well as being personally motivated, I have the ability to delegate, meet deadlines, supervise and motivate others. I am always willing to assume responsibility and the experience gained in my career to date has given me an excellent understanding of the business environment. I am immensely proud of the work that I have produced with teams that I have both managed and been part of and am keen to further develop my career in an online capacity.
